Out of tekong! First bookout is quite much fun. Although i must say that bmt was better then expected-for now. In fact, i was suai to be asked to share with platoon by seargeant abt life in first 2 weeks, and i said, the desire to book out was not that strong. He asked me if i owed ah long money. lol. But seriously, people in my bunk other than one, all quite nice dudes. Kena drill squad. Not so good. Should drop out soon. IPPT is a breeze. =) If things go this way sure kena command school. But i told pc no way. And in weeks to come i shall keep low profile to avoid command school. Being an officer or seargeant, whatever the pay, sucks. Being away from company of friends and family is just not worth it. Only one army song appealed to me very much: when the cold wind blows, when the cold wind blows, when the cold wind blows, i know i know, that you must go, so hurry back home. Cause i miss you so. That sums it up. Thought of people who matter kept things serene on top of rosy. Big difference.


It's an unique experience to interact with new friends in extreme conditions while thinking of family, and very chummy old friends. It makes you see the picture of how your close friends became close by comparing them with those you are beginning to warm up to now. But some cases, you don't get. Thought you got it, then revoked. haha. It's just cool. It's a privelage to have known and still know so many fine people. It's for a lifetime.


Another two weeks without bookout because of field camp. Till then miss me just a little. When the cold wind blows.=)
