during work today morning i was thinking: wouldn't it be nice if it was still army days now. haha. wtf eh?


i would feel no pressure to make full use of my time. i would just laze around in bed and talk cock with my buddies and play some sports, read some manga, play some games, watch tv, plan nights out, go canteen, go for a jog, skip last parade, go for nights out, come back from nights out, skip last parade again, watch tv/movie till late late late, have real late night chats talking about everything and anything. disband and go to sleep. then realise want to talk more so go to a buddy's bed or vice versa and talk more till you really feel like sleeping, then scheme to skip battalion pt the next day, get caught for skipping battalion pt the next day, have a super nice oc who will protect you from harm while an asshole panther tries to get ur ass but fails, go for sports, try learning the keyboard n guitar, watch friends fool around with the instruments after you're done, play munchkins, plan for the 100th ord cohesion, go for afternoon sports, buy some drinks back from sports, take a bath and it happens that there is warm water in camp cause of the weather, skip last parade, plan what food to order, meanwhile collect money, and watch vcd, collect food from guard house in the slackest possible attire, gloat at guard duty personnel esp when you're about to ord. before you know it, orded. and then...you blog about life before ord. and imagine those guys doing guard duty going off duty and gloating at the you now. i really love army days. and ord is over rated.


army rant to warn some friends still in army to treasure their army days cause it's the time when you can rot without guilt with great company=) maybe not satisfying and fulfilling sometimes, but it sure feels good to look back at. gosh. uni better be great. it must be.
